This 2-day bootcamp is the accelerated & efficient way for coders to learn the material needed to pass the CRC exam! This is an accelerated course intended for coders who already have a standing knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, health insurance, and basic application of ICD-10-CM.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What are the prerequisites for this course?
Medical Terminology, Anatomy, Pharmacology, Medical Insurance, and ICD-10-CM coding are highly recommended for this course. This is an accelerated preparation for students that already have an understanding of those topics.
How long will I have access to the recorded sessions?
3 months after the session.
Are books included?
An eBook of the CRC Study Guide is included. This is a true eBook, and you must be online and logged in to the AAPC Bookshelf account to access it. You will need to purchase your preferred version of the ICD-10-CM book.
What ICD-10-CM Book do you recommend?
I recommend the Optum360 book, which has the ICD-10-CM guidelines at the beginning of each chapter. The AAPC edition is fantastic and slightly cheaper, but only has the guidelines at the beginning of the book.
What equipment do I need?
A computer with high-speed internet utilizing Google Chrome. It is also optimized for tablets and phones, but works better on a laptop or PC with Google Chrome. You must have Zoom installed on your computer.
Do you offer job assistance?
Currently we do not offer job assistance. You can check out my YouTube video on job searching tips for information on how to find a job in medical coding.
Is financing available?
Yes, we do offer installment payments at no additional cost. However, failure to pay installments at any time will result in a suspension of your account until the installment payments are made current.
Are 2022 updates included?
AAPC exams update January 1 of every year. So even though ICD-10-CM updates on October 1, those changes will not be reflected in the exam until January 1. You must also use the current calendar year book. For example, if you test in December of 2021, you must use the 2021 book and cannot use the 2022 book. HOWEVER, any changes to ICD-10-CM or HCC guidance will be discussed during the bootcamp so attendees are prepared for both 2021 and 2022 versions of the exam.
